The Site is hosted and distributed via Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Additional technical providers: application data, authentication, server functions, and storage are operated via Supabase Cloud. Quickote production data is configured in a European Union region, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. The publisher may use third-party technical providers for hosting, authentication, technical analysis, email sending, security, payments, or certain Service functionalities. The publisher cannot be held responsible for malfunctions, interruptions, unavailability, or failures attributable to these third-party providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements constituting the Site and the Quickote application — source code, architecture, graphical interfaces, design, typographies, icons, texts, trademarks, trade names, and logos — are the exclusive property of Alexandre RENDA, operating under the (Pro)pulse brand, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, without prior written authorization from the publisher, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by the legal provisions applicable in the Principality of Monaco.

5. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data of Site users is carried out in accordance with Monaco Law No. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, relating to the protection of personal data (competent authority: Personal Data Protection Authority, APDP), as well as, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
